An active study is any project with at least one supplier in field during the billing month. Studies in RFQ or fully closed-out reconciliation do not count. Concurrent studies above your tier limit are billed at the next-tier rate (no hard caps mid-month).
Yes. We run 30-day pilots on the Scale and Protect plans for qualifying agencies, with no annual commitment. Pilots include onboarding, integration setup, and a structured operational baseline — so you can measure the lift before signing.
Yes — 25% off the listed rates for academic institutions and registered non-profits, on annual plans. Public sector pricing is negotiated directly to fit procurement frameworks.
The 20% bundle discount applies to the lower-priced product on your active plan, recalculated each renewal. If your SurveyGuard usage grows past your AIPM spend, the discount automatically swaps to AIPM at renewal — you always get 20% off the smaller line.
Soft limits: you'll get an alert at 80% utilisation and an upgrade recommendation. Overages above the tier are billed at the next-tier per-unit rate, prorated. We never throttle live fieldwork or block respondent evaluation due to billing.
